Notes

Quick capture

⌥ ⇧ N opens a quick note from anywhere. Write and close; it is saved.

Writing

• Markdown, rendered as you go.
• Checklists you can tick right in the note.
• [[Backlinks]]: write [[Another note]] to link to it. Shelf builds the graph of links between your notes, on your Mac.

For longer writing, the notes window shows your notes outside the notch.

Locked notes

Lock a note and it is encrypted, opening only with Touch ID. Locking the Mac, or the panic shortcut, locks the vault again.
