Your Mac. Your rhythm.

Focus is a pomodoro timer in the notch.

• Phases: focus and break, with durations you choose.
• Start and pause in one click from Home or the Focus section. A paused session stays in the notch so you can pick it up.
• While it runs, the island's rim becomes a curved progress meter.
• When a phase ends, a chime plays and the island blooms; on Home, the smile celebrates.
• Do not disturb quiets the island while you focus.
• Daily stats show how much you focused today.
